Who we are

Quanti-Vio is operated by CW Smart. We act as data controller for platform account data and as processor for tenant business data entered by customers.

What we collect

We process account identifiers (name, email), authentication session data, tenant membership, audit and security logs, optional help analytics (with consent), and business data you enter for property operations.

Lawful bases

Contract: account and core platform delivery. Legal obligation: audit retention. Legitimate interests: security monitoring. Consent: optional analytics, marketing, and enhanced AI telemetry.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdraw consent via the in-app Privacy Centre or by contacting us.

International transfers

Data is hosted in UK/EU regions where configured. Transfers outside the UK use appropriate safeguards (SCCs) documented in the compliance register.
